FALL 2025 CUBS LACROSSE PROGRAM

Cubs Lacrosse is built for both boys and girls ages K-4th grade who are looking to learn the game of lacrosse or aren't ready for the year-round club commitment just yet. You can think of this program as an introductory to club lacrosse. No experience is necessary. Just bring your energy and positive attitude and prepare to have some fun! All players will need a stick, mouthguard, and cleats/sneakers to participate.

WINTER TRAINING SERIES

Our Winter Training Series is the perfect off-season training opportunity for players to get extra reps and improve their game. Held over three weeks in December, each 90-minute session focuses on position-specific skills, stick work, footwork, speed, agility, and more. Players will benefit from elite instruction from our in-house, experienced coaching staff as well as elite instruction from guest college coaches and players. Sessions are held at Hillcrest Tennis and Field Sports on December 6th, December 13th, and December 20th.

WINTER DRAW & GOALIE ACADEMY

Academy is the premier training resource built specifically for midfielders and goalies to further develop elite, position-specific skills. Coached by current college coaches and players, Academy training focuses on developing key fundamental skills, advanced techniques, and mental toughness required to dominate the draw and dominate the crease.  With expert coaching, specialized drills, and a competitive training environment, we prepare athletes to excel at every level of the game.
